When you first log into Lumar Analyze, you'll be taken to the All Projects view. In the left hand navigation, you can then navigate to a few other views:
- Running Crawls - Here you'll see any projects that currently have crawls in progress, or finalizing.
- Scheduled Projects - This view will show you any projects that have crawls scheduled for some time in the future, whether it be a one off or regular scheduled crawl.
- Test Suites - This view shows the projects that have test suites created in Lumar Protect.
- Account Tasks - Here you'll see all tasks, across all projects that you have available in Lumar Analyze.
All Projects View
In the All Projects view, you'll see the following information:
- Project name and domain - The name of the project and the domain it relates to.
- Status - The crawl status for the project, including queued, running, finalizing, finished and archived.
- Last Crawl - When the last crawl completed. Hovering your mouse over this will show you the date and time that the crawl completed.
- Tasks - The number of tasks related to the project. Clicking here will take you straight to the tasks within that project.
- Segments - The number of segments within the project. Clicking here will take you to those segments.
- URLs Crawled - The number of URLs crawled in the most recent crawl. Clicking here will take you to the latest crawl overview.
- Crawls - The total number of crawls completed for this project. Clicking here will take you to the crawl history for the project.
- Crawl Sources - Here you can see which crawl sources were included in the crawl. Those greyed out were not included. You can hover your mouse over the icons to see which sources they represent.
Above the list of projects, you'll see options for Draft Projects (those that are in setup, but no crawls have been completed) and Active Projects (non-archived projects). To help you find the projects you need quickly, you also have options to filter the projects (including by crawl source) and increase the number of projects available in the view, up to 100.
On the right hand side, you'll also see an Actions ellipsis, where you can run the crawl, view previous crawls, edit the crawl setup, or remove.
Running Crawls View
In this view, you'll see any crawls that are in progress. In this view, you'll see the following information:
- Project - The name of the project and the domain it relates to.
- Status - The crawl status for the project. For projects appearing in this view, it will show queued, crawling or finalizing.
- Crawled URLs - The number of URLs that have been crawled so far.
- Crawl Speed - The current speed of the crawl.
- Crawl Duration - The current duration of the crawl.
- Crawl Sources - As above, this shows which sources are being included in the crawl.
As with the All Projects view, you'll have the option to filter projects and increase the number of projects that can be viewed, and the same actions as above.
Scheduled Crawls View
This view shows you any projects that have scheduled crawls, and those that are running. Here you'll see:
- Project - The name of the project and the domain it relates to.
- Status - The crawl status for the project.
- Last Crawl - When the last crawl completed.
- Frequency - The frequency of any crawls that are scheduled to run on a regular basis (e.g. Weekly, etc.).
- Next Crawl - When the next crawl is scheduled to run.
- Crawl Sources - As above, this shows which sources are being included in the crawl.
As with the All Projects view, you'll have the option to filter projects and increase the number of projects that can be viewed, and the same actions as above.
Test Suites View
The Test Suites view will show you the projects that have test suites created in Lumar Protect. In this view, you'll see:
- Project - The name of the project and the domain it relates to.
- Status - The crawl status for the project.
- Last Crawl - When the last crawl completed for the test suite.
- URLs Crawled - The number of URLs crawled in the most recent test suite crawl. Clicking here will take you to the latest crawl overview.
- Crawls - The total number of test suite crawls completed for this project. Clicking here will take you to the crawl history for the project.
- Crawl Sources - As above, this shows which sources are being included in the crawl.
As with the All Projects view, you'll have the option to filter projects and increase the number of projects that can be viewed. The actions also exist, but for this view you'll have the option to view previous crawls and edit the crawl setup. Removal of test suites is completed in Lumar Protect.
Account Tasks View
This view will show you all of the tasks across all projects. The view is the same as the individual project task view, which you can find out more about here.
