To view the list of users in your account navigate to the Team page by clicking on the user menu in the top right-hand of the screen, and choosing Team.
User role overview
To change the roles of existing users in Lumar, find the appropriate user in the table and select a new role from the dropdown the list in the Role column. There are 4 types of user roles: Admin, Editor and Viewer. Below is a brief overview of each role, and underneath is a table showing the exact privileges assigned to each role.
- Admin. This is the role at the top of the hierarchy and has full control over the account, including the management of other users.
- Editor. Control over day-to-day crawling management, but not any of the account settings.
- Reporter. Can work within projects to create tasks, share links, etc. but does not have the ability to create, edit or delete projects, or start or delete crawls.
- Viewer. Has the least amount of control and doesn't have access to use credits, but still has visibility on reports and crawls within Lumar.

Inviting users to account
To invite users to Lumar, click the Add User button above the table. A form will appear below, enter the email address and “role” of the user and click the Add button. Their status will be seen as Email unconfirmed until they confirm it, following the instructions included in the welcome email.
