AI-Generated Ticket Content
Release Date: August 27th 2024
Save hours and ensure developers have all the information they need to fix issues, by quickly generating a first draft of ticket content from a task in Task Manager. The AI takes crawl data from the Lumar platform (i.e. the specific URLs and metrics associated with the issue), our extensive in-app guidance, and the details entered into the task to generate a first draft of delivery ticket content in seconds.
The content is formatted into a consistent set structure, including:
-
Title
-
User Story
-
Description (of the specific issue and any negative implications)
-
How to Replicate (so developers can reproduce the issue)
-
Requirements and How to Fix
-
Acceptance Criteria (the criteria that need to be met to consider the ticket complete)
This information can then be copied and pasted into whichever ticket delivery system you use (e.g. Jira), reviewed and amended where necessary. Note: As with any AI-generated content, the quality will vary and may contain some errors. It’s therefore important that you review the content presented and verify that it’s suitable for your site.

Store HTML and Screenshot for SEO Crawls
Release Date: August 22nd 2024
We’ve added the ability to store screenshots and the HTML for SEO crawls, to help increase accuracy for page measurements, and provide more information to investigate any anomalies in the data—especially for important pages.
You can enable HTML and/or screenshot storing in the advanced settings in step 4 of the crawl setup process, using the relevant checkboxes in the Report Settings section (see screenshot below). Please note there is a cost associated to storing HTML and/or screenshots, so enabling will each use an additional 0.1 credits per URL (i.e. 0.2 credits if both are enabled). Please also note that the storage will expire 90 days after the crawl is run.
Once the crawl completes, you’ll find the screenshot and HTML in the resource detail view, which is accessed by clicking on a URL in a report in the Analyze app. The HTML includes both the static and rendered HTML allowing you to compare them. You can also use Ctrl+F/Command+F to search within the HTML.

Correction to Disallowed JS/CSS Reporting in Experience Health Score
Release Date: August 22nd 2024
We’ve made a correction to how our SEO crawler reports on disallowed JavaScript (JS) and CSS files. Previously, these were assigned a negative impact score of -1, which affected the Experience health score.
After reevaluating this approach, we concluded that disallowed JS and CSS files do not directly impact user experience, as browsers typically ignore robots.txt restrictions. We’ve therefore updated the impact score to change it from a negative to a neutral influence.
As a result, JS and CSS files will no longer negatively affect the Experience health score. We believe this update will provide a more precise assessment of your website’s performance, and if affected, you will see a positive impact on the Experience Health Score. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please speak to your Customer Success Manager or contact support.
Removal of JS Files from the Non-200 Report
Release Date: August 14th 2024
Following identification of a discrepancy in the Page Breakdown graph on the Overview Dashboard, we’ve added a new filter to the non-200 pages report to exclude non-page resources. This ensures only valid pages are counted, leading to more accurate and meaningful data representation in the Page Breakdown graph.
Scope Added to Site Speed Reports
Release Date: August 14th 2024
A bug that caused some pages without valid Site Speed Lighthouse checks to be incorrectly reported as ‘fast’ has been fixed. We’ve now added a condition to ensure only pages with actual Site Speed metrics (FCP, LCP, TBT and CLS) are included in the following reports.
- Fast FCP Pages
- Fast LCP Pages
- Fast TBT Pages
- Good CLS Pages
- Speed Index Fast
Desktop User Agent for Site Speed Projects
Release Date: August 7th 2024
You can now choose between a mobile and desktop user agent during the crawl setup for site speed projects. In step 1 of the crawl setup, you’ll now see Site Speed Settings at the bottom of the screen. Expand that, and you’ll be able to choose between Lighthouse Mobile and Lighthouse Desktop user agents, or create a custom one.
The user agent settings are also available in the advanced settings in Step 4 of the crawl setup, in the Spider Settings section.
Please note: If you have previously whitelisted the Lumar crawler, you may need to additionally whitelisted these site speed crawlers.
