To help you save time in creating delivery tickets for website optimizations, and ensure developers have all the information they need, you can create a first draft in seconds using Lumar's AI-Generated Ticket Content.
The AI-Generated Ticket Content is available in Task Manager, once you have created a task from report data. To start, you therefore need to head to a report in Lumar for a particular issue you want to address. You can do this from the dashboard, drilling into the health scores or SEO traffic funnel, or the top errors or changes sections of the dashboard.
Once you’ve selected the report for the issue you want to address, you can use filters to focus the data on an actionable set of URLs.
Once filtered, you can then create a task using the button on the right-hand side of the report table.
After creating the task, head to Project Tasks (using the link at the top of the left-hand navigation). You can then click on the actions button (click on the three dots on the right-hand side of the screen) and choose ‘Generate Delivery Ticket’.
Once clicked, you’ll see the screen below while Lumi (our AI) thinks and compiles the ticket content.
After a few seconds, Lumi will then present the delivery ticket content. You can use the copy button in the top right corner to copy the content into whichever ticket management system you use (e.g. Jira), where you can review and edit accordingly.
NOTE: As with any AI-generated content, the quality will vary and may contain some errors. It’s therefore important that you review the content presented and verify that it is suitable for your site.
We'll be adding links to the report in Analyze very soon, but in the meantime you may see '[Insert link to Lumar report here]' in some places. When you copy the content of the ticket to your ticket management system, you can also add the share link to the report from Analyze.
