This release note covers improvements made since the last release note, and during the current month. It will therefore be updated as new improvements are made to the Lumar platform, and will be finalized and replaced with a new release note at the end of the month.
More Flexible Filters
Release Date: 30 June, 2026
We've replaced the previous filter system with more flexible filters, giving you more control over how you query your data. You can now combine AND and OR logic across nested filter groups, making it possible to build complex, precise queries that weren't easily achievable before.

IP Restrictions
Release Date: 29 June, 2026
You can now restrict access to Lumar to specific, approved IP address ranges, for both user accounts and service account/API integrations. Set up allowlists under SSO Connection (for user logins) or Service Accounts (for API keys and tokens), and Lumar will block any authentication attempt that originates from outside those ranges. Even if credentials are compromised, attackers on unrecognised networks are locked out. It is a straightforward, high-impact security control that tightens your access boundary without adding friction for legitimate users.
Improvements to Rich Results reporting
Release Date: 8 June, 2026
We've made several improvements to structured data reporting this month. Profile Page structured data is now validated as a report type, helping you identify where creator and author entity markup is missing or incorrectly implemented across your site.
Price extraction for Product structured data has been updated to return the lowest available price on single-product pages - pages with multiple products return no price value to avoid inaccurate aggregation. Availability extraction follows the same logic, reporting the most available status present on a single-product page.
Product Variant markup is now surfaced within the existing Product Snippet and Merchant Listing reports, so no separate report is required to monitor this schema type.
